She had excellent taste in picking out paint colors.  She bought us very elegant bedding and accessories for all the rooms for the staging which helped us show the house in a better light which enabled us to sell it for a higher price.  She organized all the workers and kept them constantly on schedule. She negotiated a much better price for us, which we needed and got the best work out of the contractors because she was there every day checking on their progress to make sure they did it correctly.  My sister and I would DEFINITELY recommend Viviane to anyone who is selling their home.
